Tim and Candi have helped us out a ton. We recently used them for the first time and have had a great experience. Before getting them involved, the sellers were stressed about coordinating a home cleaner, floor cleaner, handyman, landscaper, etc. to prep the home for the listing. Tim showed up to give them a quote and was able to do everything they needed in one weekend for a similar if not cheaper price than it would have been to hire everything out. They got the home looking beautiful and Candi’s staging topped it all off. They have given me some great tools and advice throughout the process and overall have provided tons of value to both myself and the seller! I highly recommend them!
Would highly recommend HSA for your staging and prep needs. I never knew my old house could look so good. with the new paint, and deep cleaning, I was in awe! They also went above and beyond by building a new fireplace mantle that looks gorgeous! They kept me up to date with pictures and constant communication.
