*Homes with stairs require an additional $.20-.30 cents for removal, installation and stair service charge. All pricing assumes the home is vacant and there are no possessions to be handled or moved from the areas installers will work in. All carpet tack strips are already installed and do not need to be added. Should there be possessions in the way, to be moved or handled, carpet tack strips to be added/installed or any other extenuating circumstances exist upon installation, an appropriate fee will be added to the completed work invoice for the additional time, handling and materials as needed to complete the approved installation. There may be a minimum travel/installation charge applied to small jobs . Carpet measurements and estimates are subject to be verified by installer and final selection of materials by Client.
