Home OwnerSending a HUGE shout-out to Tim Smith, Home Staging Assist. The home had been a rental for 10 years and was in very rough shape. Tim and his crew worked really hard and left no detail undone. Not only did they deep-clean, they also took care of landscaping, painting, and pro-actively repaired what would have been BINSR items, inside and out ~ they were extremely thorough, even down to adding air fresheners and a welcome mat! When they were done it was immaculate and showed beautifully. Here’s the payoff: under contract in 4 days at FULL PRICE! (Plus I received a full-price back-up offer…it’s a hot neighborhood.) Tim’s price was very reasonable and I fully believe the work they did attributed to the quick sale and that I wouldn’t have gotten full price otherwise.
