Sending a HUGE shout-out to Tim Smith, Home Staging Assist. The home had been a rental for 10 years and was in very rough shape. Tim and his crew worked really hard and left no detail undone. Not only did they deep-clean, they also took care of landscaping, painting, and pro-actively repaired what would have been BINSR items, inside and out ~ they were extremely thorough, even down to adding air fresheners and a welcome mat! When they were done it was immaculate and showed beautifully. Here’s the payoff: under contract in 4 days at FULL PRICE! (Plus I received a full-price back-up offer…it’s a hot neighborhood.) Tim’s price was very reasonable and I fully believe the work they did attributed to the quick sale and that I wouldn’t have gotten full price otherwise. It closed last week…can’t thank Tim and his crew enough, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you hire him when your upcoming listing needs some TLC!

Tim and Candi have helped us out a ton. We recently used them for the first time and have had a great experience. Before getting them involved, the sellers were stressed about coordinating a home cleaner, floor cleaner, handyman, landscaper, etc. to prep the home for the listing. Tim showed up to give them a quote and was able to do everything they needed in one weekend for a similar if not cheaper price than it would have been to hire everything out. They got the home looking beautiful and Candi’s staging topped it all off. They have given me some great tools and advice throughout the process and overall have provided tons of value to both myself and the seller! I highly recommend them!
