Sending a HUGE shout-out to Tim Smith, Home Staging Assist. The home had been a rental for 10 years and was in very rough shape. Tim and his crew worked really hard and left no detail undone. Not only did they deep-clean, they also took care of landscaping, painting, and pro-actively repaired what would have been BINSR items, inside and out ~ they were extremely thorough, even down to adding air fresheners and a welcome mat! When they were done it was immaculate and showed beautifully. Here’s the payoff: under contract in 4 days at FULL PRICE! (Plus I received a full-price back-up offer…it’s a hot neighborhood.) Tim’s price was very reasonable and I fully believe the work they did attributed to the quick sale and that I wouldn’t have gotten full price otherwise. It closed last week…can’t thank Tim and his crew enough, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you hire him when your upcoming listing needs some TLC!

Working with Tim and Candi was a phenomenal experience. Having worked with many contractors in the past, I was hesitant to work with one while I was 1300 miles away. Tim understood the concerns, understood the goal, and Candi offered up great advice for style for my rental home. Throughout the whole project, I was never worried about the status of the project, I knew Tim and Candi were handling it. When issues arose, Tim called me with a solution and ensured everything was fixed properly. My tenants have informed me that the house looks like a brand new home.
