Our Team

Tim is an Air Force Veteran, a Licensed Contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and a Licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona. Tim has been flipping homes for over 20 years and has 30 years in Business Management. When not prepping homes, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and business partner Candi, their family including 2 awesome dogs and working on and collecting classic cars.

After a successful career in Retail and Office Management, in 2010 Candi started a career in Real Estate, specializing in working with Sellers and "Fix and Flip Teams." Candi loves working with Homeowner's and Real Estate Agents to help make the process of preparing their homes to sell as stress free as possible. In her spare time Candi enjoys time with her husband and business partner Tim, their family, furniture painting, cooking and spoiling her two adorable dogs.

Tre loves playing, walking, snuggling and his favorite past time, speed eating. He isn't great with tools but he can chew pretty much anything and is always beyond excited when we are home after a long day of prepping homes!
